Fried calamari with tartare sauce and lemon

One of life's guilty pleasures to enjoy on a beach holiday is a plate of fried calamari for a starter. The rings are coated in flour and dipped in very hot oil to get the nice and crispy texture. Squeeze a drizzling of lemon, then dip into a helping of tartare sauce and wash it down with a glass of wine or beer!
