Penne Nduja
Olive oil, garlic, Italian sausage, nduja (cured and spicy sausage paste) with white wine, chilli, olives and cherry tomato
We find ourselves reaching out again to Southern Italy for more food inspiration. A pleasing addition is the nduja with it's spicy kick taken from the Calabrian region. Topped with black olives and cherry tomato this is a dish that keeps Etna bubbling!
