Spaghetti Carbonara

Smoked bacon in a creamy sauce with egg yolk, cream, parmesan cheese and parsley

It's origins are from Rome where it's popularised with the use of Pecorino Romano to bring out the richness of the sauce. We use parmesan cheese which is just as good, if you're super indulging you can use a combination of both cheeses but don't blame us if you comatose for a week in the richness!
